About Us


EF Furniture Sdn Bhd, founded in 1994 by Mr. Tan Bee Eng and Mr. Neoh Cher Leong, is a leading furniture manufacturer and exporter based in Muar, Johor, Malaysia. The company specializes in Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) Particle Board Furniture, sourcing materials from Malaysia and emphasizing environmental sustainability. In 2021, EF expanded its factory and achieved a monthly production exceeding 250 containers. In 2022, the company reached an annual turnover of RM 100 million.


The company's history is marked by resilience and determination. After a factory fire in the late 1980s, the founders rebuilt their presence in the furniture industry, eventually forming EF Furniture Sdn Bhd. They also merged with other companies to become part of the listed company,Lii Hen Industries Bhd.

About Us


The Group has its humble beginning in 1985 when Lii hen Furniture Sdn Bhd started its operations and subsequently merged and integrated EF Furniture Sdn Bhd, CT Haup Heng Sdn Bhd and Mayteck Kilang Kayu Dan Perabut Sdn Bhd in 1996 and operated under Lii hen Industries Sdn Bhd Group.


Lii Hen Industries Sdn Bhd is converted to a public company in 1997 and is successfully listed on KLSE Main Board on 25th April 2000.


The Group acquired Favourite Design Sdn Bhd in 2006 and expanded into sofa segment in 2016 through its majority owned LSG Furniture Sdn Bhd. The Group through LHP Plantation Sdn Bhd ventured into upstream activities of rubber tree timber clone plantation in 2009.

Loading Department


The loading department is responsible for loading packaged goods into containers for international transportation. As a factory with CTPAT certification, the basic requirements of the company include a 7-point inspection of the containers, CCTV surveillance and record-keeping, as well as maintaining records of container transportation routes and time.
